Our goal is to be an asset to our community as well as to our clients.
We seek opportunities to be of service as we earn our living. Here are examples of our recent efforts.
|
| In June, 2010, we were pleased to present a series of lectures about the causes of the U.S. Economic Crisis at the University of Management and Economics campuses in Battambang, Banteay Mean Chey, Sihanoukville, and at the Bright Built University in Siem Riep (shown here). Consistent with our goal of promoting capitalism in developing countries, we discussed how capitalism works and the Constitutional limits of government intervention in U.S. economic activity.

| In 2009 we were pleased to provide a variety of books to the library in Malay. We also were proud to plant a tree in the library's garden to symbolize the growth of capitalism in Cambodia.

Delivering educational supplies to a remote village in northeast Cambodia in 2007, we engaged with a Keong community deeply rooted to their jungle surroundings while taking steps to interface with their Cambodian countrymen. The generosity of spirit we encountered was well worth our trip into the high country to witness how people have overcome a horrifying history of oppression and despair to demonstrate the best values to which we all can aspire.
Sometimes one-to-one care can be the most effective. Shown at left is a blind, 76-year old widow who was living in a tiny grass hut on the edge of her Cambodian community when she was nominated by her village to receive direct care from what has since become Norodom Chanransey Heritage Foundation (http://www.cleanwaterforcambodians.org/services) with whom we worked to provide clean water containers and other household goods.
